He is currently more than 3,000 points ahead of second-placed Jannik Sinner. Alcaraz's next goal is to break the colossal records set by the "Big 3". Currently, Novak Djokovic holds the unprecedented record with 16,950 points (2016), followed by Roger Federer with 15,903 points (2006) and Rafael Nadal with 15,390 points (2009).

The biggest highlight of the past week belonged to Alexandra Eala. The 20-year-old Filipino tennis player caused a media sensation by climbing 16 places to 31st in the world rankings – her highest career ranking. This achievement came after Eala reached the quarterfinals of the WTA 1000 tournament in Dubai, becoming a new source of pride for Southeast Asian tennis.
