More than 100 highland communes in Nghe An have had their benefits cut, causing difficulties for the education sector.

(Baonghean.vn) - The Prime Minister has just issued Decision No. 861/QD-TTg approving the list of communes in regions III, II, I in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021 - 2025. According to this Decision, more than 100 highland communes of Nghe An have been removed from the list of particularly difficult and have had their benefits cut off.
