The most modern high-rise tower in Nghe An province has reached its topping-out ceremony.
Central Park Residences – the first high-rise tower in the Eco Central Park green space, featuring the most unique and iconic architecture in Central Vietnam – has officially been topped out, after just over a year of intensive construction.
On the afternoon of December 30, 2024, the founder of Ecopark - the investor of the Eco Central Park urban area (nearly 200 hectares, in Vinh City, Nghe An province) - together with Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - the general contractor - held the topping-out ceremony for the Central Park Residences high-rise tower. This is an important milestone marking the completion of the structural construction of the iconic high-rise project in the large green park.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh – Deputy General Director of Eco Central Park, said that the Central Park Residences tower is built on a plot of land nearly 2 hectares in size. Construction only occupies 49.6% of the land; more than 50% of the remaining area is dedicated to greenery and landscape infrastructure, ensuring adherence to the investor's guiding principle of creating a green, fresh, and spacious living environment for residents.
“To finish ahead of schedule, our construction site has an average of over 1,000 workers per day, with peak days reaching 1,500 workers, divided into 3 shifts and 4 teams. Alongside project construction, we also promote activities to encourage and boost the morale of our staff and workers with health check-ups, blood donation drives, and running events to enhance team spirit, improve health, and contribute to the community,” said Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh.
A representative from Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company stated that they have closely coordinated with the investor to fulfill their commitments in completing the structural phase of the project, which has a total floor area of 105,000 m2. This includes 2 basement levels, 3 commercial floors, and 26 apartment floors, ensuring the highest standards of progress and quality.
Central Park Residences is located at the northern gateway of the Eco Central Park urban area, at the intersection of major arterial roads such as the extended Nguyen Sy Sach road, Au Co road, and Cong Vien road. Notably, the extended Nguyen Sy Sach road is currently being paved and is expected to be completed before Tet 2025, shortening travel time from Vinh City to Central Park Residences to just 8 minutes by car.
