Mr. Lo Van Tam - Xuyen's father, sometimes appeared panicked, sometimes sad, walking around like a sleepwalker. Mr. Tam recounted: "On the afternoon of March 7, 2017, I helped people in the village build a house, my wife Hap Thi Nhu and two children were at home. The three of us were sitting by the stove cooking pig feed, not knowing how the two children were playing, but the 14-month-old younger brother pushed Xuyen into the burning stove...".
Hearing the news, Mr. Tam immediately ran home, then went around the village to borrow 400,000 VND to take his son more than 30 km, taking a boat along the lake and a motorbike to the district hospital. Here, Xuyen was treated wholeheartedly by doctors and nurses. Doctor Pham Dang Hai - who directly treated Xuyen said: "The patient was admitted to the hospital with 15% burns on his body, his face, neck, chest and hands were all black, requiring long-term treatment."

After 5 days of treatment, the wound on Lo Van Xuyen's body has shown positive changes, his eyes have partially opened. But unfortunately, the family has no more money, the borrowed money ran out a few days ago. In the past few days, they have had to rely on the help of the hospital's medical staff and the teachers of Luong Minh Kindergarten. Although there is health insurance for poor households, the family still cannot afford the special medicines not listed and the money for food and living expenses.
When we arrived, little Lo Van Xuyen was still lying there groaning in pain, his eyes wanting to open wide to look at everyone but it was very difficult, every time he touched them, it hurt. Mr. Lo Van Tam said: "The family has no more money, no one has borrowed from relatives, probably tomorrow we will have to take him home."

If he returns home when the burn wound has not healed, it could be life-threatening and leave dark scars on the body, including Lo Van Xuyen’s face. In order for baby Xuyen to heal his burn wound and avoid deformities, he needs the help of kind-hearted people./.
