The student achieved the highest score in the humanities subjects in the mountainous district.

(Baonghean.vn) - The joy seemed to come unexpectedly to Pham Quoc Huy, a student in class 12C4 of Anh Son 3 High School, when he excellently scored 27.75 points in Block C at the national high school graduation exam.

Huy scored 8.25 in Literature, 9.5 in History, and 10 in Geography. Including regional bonus points, Huy achieved a total of 29.25 points. Pham Quoc Huy currently holds the highest score in the humanities/social sciences (Block C) exam in Anh Son mountainous district.

Huy's family lives in Hamlet 8, Dinh Son Commune, a poor rural area in the mountainous Anh Son District. When asked about Huy, everyone praises him for his excellent academic achievements. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Gam, Huy's mother, is extremely happy and proud of her son's academic results.

She confided: "Although he's a boy, Huy is introverted and very emotional. Since 11th grade, he has been completely self-taught, researching and honing his skills on his own. Besides his school hours, at home Huy also helps his parents guide and advise his younger sister to study well so that she can achieve good results."

Speaking about his secret to excelling in the humanities subjects, Huy shared: “To do well in the humanities subjects, I mainly study on my own. I created a specific study plan for each subject and allocated my study time evenly across them. Fortunately, throughout my studies, I always had the support and encouragement of my teachers and family.”

Ms. Dang Thi Hue, homeroom teacher of class 12C4, said, "Huy is a well-behaved and studious student. The achievements that Pham Quoc Huy has attained are a source of pride for Anh Son 3 High School. Huy is a shining example of a studious and eager-to-learn spirit for other students in the school to emulate."

Currently, Huy has applied to the following universities: the University of Political Science and the Academy of Justice. With his determination and tireless efforts, it is believed that this student from the mountainous district of Anh Son will soon succeed on his chosen path, bringing honor to his poor but studious hometown.
