Cầu phao Phong Châu hoạt động trở lại

The Phong Chau Bridge (the old bridge has collapsed) is a vital bridge for Phu Tho province, so a large number of people and vehicles travel across it daily. The bridge collapsed due to the impact of Typhoon No. 3 in September 2024. Following this, the Government directed relevant units to quickly develop a plan to build a new bridge, while also creating a plan to ensure the safe travel of the people.

For nearly 10 months, Brigade 249 has worked tirelessly day and night, regardless of the weather, operating the pontoon bridge and military ferry (empty ferry) to ensure the best possible service for the people under the given conditions.
