Accordingly, at the above time, two young men (identity unknown) rode a motorbike with license plate KS 37F1 - 71138 to Vinh Thinh block, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city to steal dogs. Discovered and chased by the people, the two subjects ran away but the driver was caught by the people, while the person sitting behind escaped.

Angry at the dog theft and discovering that the two men were carrying weapons, many people jumped in and beat the other man seriously. The two dog thieves’ motorbike was set on fire by the people, leaving only the frame.

Immediately after the incident, the ward police were present at the scene, stopped the people and took the dog thief to the emergency room.
