They justGroup tickets cannot be purchased and a large number of people cannot be seated in a pre-arranged area. Not going in groups only means that Hai Phong fans cannot bring cheering equipment such as flags, fans, drums, etc.
Sharing with VnExpress, a famous Hai Phong fan named Hoan "say" declared: "We anticipated this penalty before the Disciplinary Board met. So we are not surprised. If they ban us, we will still go. Instead of wearing the club's shirt, we will wear normal clothes."

Historically, this is not the first time Hai Phong fans have been banned from playing away games. In 2009, the Disciplinary Board issued similar penalties after a series of incidents caused by the Hai Phong fan club, such as setting off flares on the fields of Hoa Phat Ha Noi, Binh Duong, Ha Noi T&T, and especially disturbing public order on the way to Vinh Stadium.
In 2012, Song Lam Nghe An fans were also banned from Thong Nhat Stadium after causing chaos there.
