Implementing coordinated measures, the patrol team promptly stopped the vehicle and brought a number of subjects to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Team - Vinh City Police Department.

Here, initially the subjects confessed that most of them lived in Vinh City, a few in neighboring areas, all were between 15-20 years old, including those who did not have a driver's license.

According to the commander of the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police, recently in Vinh City, there has been a situation where some teenagers have been riding motorbikes without license plates at high speeds, causing disorder in traffic safety and endangering other road users.

To prevent and promptly handle these subjects, as well as implement Directive 16 of the Prime Minister on the content of not gathering in large numbers, Vinh City Police have made plans and deployed patrol forces over the past several days, with the goal of promptly handling violators, not allowing them to become hot issues.
