Colombian beauty Catalina Duque Abréu has officially been crowned Miss International 2025. She convincingly beat 79 other contestants to win, succeeding Miss Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy of Vietnam.
Before the final night, Catalina Duque Abréu was always considered one of the top contenders and was predicted by many international beauty websites to win.

The new Miss International was born in 1999 in Miami, USA, and later returned to Colombia to live. She boasts an impressive height of 1.80 meters, a radiant face, and a confident demeanor. With this victory, the 26-year-old beauty has become the fourth Colombian representative in history to win the Miss International title.
Besides her attractive appearance, Catalina Duque Abréu also has a remarkable educational background. She graduated with a degree in Social Media from EAFIT University in Medellín, Colombia. Notably, she is fluent in three languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

From the very beginning of the competition, Catalina Duque made a strong impression with her radiant beauty, confidence, and fluent communication skills. On her personal page, the 26-year-old beauty is often described as a princess with blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin.

During the Q&A segment, when asked, "If you had to describe your experience at Miss International to your family and loved ones, what would you say?", she gave a clever and sincere answer: "My family is here today, so I'm sharing this directly with them."
She further shared her life philosophy learned from Japanese culture: "Before, I used to think only big moments mattered. But when I learned about Japanese culture, I discovered mono no aware – the beauty of small things… every bowl of ramen I enjoyed reminded me to cherish life and savor every moment. I am incredibly grateful to be here and to have had such a wonderful time."
Miss International is one of the four largest beauty pageants in the world, held annually since 1960. In 2024, Vietnamese representative Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy made history by winning the first Miss International crown for her country.
