The young man from Ben Tre won 4th Runner-up at the Mr. Peace International competition.
Nguyen Vu Linh, from Ben Tre province, won the 4th runner-up title in the Mister Grand International 2022 final, held on the morning of November 26th (Hanoi time).
Nguyen Vu Linh said that although he felt a little regretful for not winning the top prize, he was satisfied with the result. When his name was announced as the 4th runner-up, he was moved to tears. His emotion stemmed from the happiness he felt about the achievement after a series of strenuous and stressful training days. "I am fortunate to have been energized by the support of the audience back home and friends around the world. The runner-up title will help me feel more responsible for community and social activities in the future," Vu Linh said.
The winner of the competition was the contestant from Switzerland. The titles of first, second, and third runner-up went to the contestants from the Philippines, Singapore, and Trinidad and Tobago, respectively.

The Mister Grand International 2022 final took place on an outdoor stage in Trinidad and Tobago. 24 contestants competed in national costume, swimwear, sportswear, and suit rounds. Vu Linh maintained a strong performance in each segment. Besides winning the 4th Runner-up title, he also won two additional awards: Best National Costume and Top Model.
Nguyen Vu Linh, born in 1994, weighs 75 kg and has measurements of 99-78-98 cm. He competed in Mister Universe Tourism 2017 in the Philippines. In 2018, he competed in the Vietnam Fashion Model competition and won the runner-up prize. Last year, he made it to the top 10 of The Next Gentleman. He is currently a flight attendant and freelance model in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mister Grand International is a male beauty pageant that has been held since 2017. Vietnam has had two contestants participate and win titles: Ly Cao Thien Son (Runner-up 2018) and Nguyen Van Tuan (Mister Grand International 2019).
