Recently, a number of Vietnamese dishes such as pork offal porridge and vermicelli with tofu and shrimp paste have been included in Taste Atlas's list of the 100 best street foods in Southeast Asia.
The list, compiled by a renowned food website based in Zagreb, Croatia, includes 26 representatives from Vietnam.
