ChatGPT will soon allow users to personalize their writing style and compose professional emails.
OpenAI is testing a Template creation feature that helps ChatGPT mimic personal writing styles, optimize email composition workflows, and quickly convert images into videos.
ChatGPT is preparing to launch a series of notable improvements, centered around features that will help its artificial intelligence learn and accurately replicate users' personal writing styles. According to leaked information, these changes will focus on optimizing the text editing experience and converting multimedia content directly on the web interface.

Personalize your text with the Template creation feature.
One of the most significant upgrades discovered by AI engineer Tibor Blaho is the "Template Creation" (beta) tool within the text editors. This feature allows users to upload examples of previously written texts, such as emails, essays, or professional reports. Based on this data, ChatGPT analyzes and mimics the characteristic tone, structure, and writing style to generate corresponding new content.
The application of style learning mechanisms significantly reduces the time users spend adjusting prompts through multiple steps. Instead of having to describe the required tone in detail, AI automatically matches provided real-world examples, ensuring the output text meets standards from the very first attempt.
Advanced Text Editor Upgrade
In addition to style customization capabilities, OpenAI is also experimenting with text editor enhancement tools to make ChatGPT a more comprehensive workflow tool. Improvements include the addition of dedicated email information fields such as To (Recipient), CC, and BCC, making email composition more intuitive and professional.
Notably, the new editor will support full-screen editing mode to allow users to focus more on the content. Additionally, the option to save drafts directly as Markdown files to the file library is integrated, facilitating data storage and reuse across different platforms.

The ability to convert images into videos using the Animate button.
Another interesting feature related to multimedia creation capabilities is the appearance of an "Animate" button on images created by DALL-E. When the user presses this button, the system automatically switches to OpenAI's Video processing engine, using the current image as a reference and automatically filling in the necessary commands to quickly create the animation.
Although these features are currently in the testing phase on the web interface and there is no official rollout roadmap for all users, they demonstrate OpenAI's clear strategy of improving work efficiency and personalizing the AI experience for each specific user.
