Major fires broke out at grocery stores and homes overnight.

The house that caught fire belonged to the Ho Dinh Ly family. The fire was determined to have originated in the grocery store in front of the house.

In the darkness of the night, the fire raged fiercely because the grocery store contained many flammable items. After discovering the fire, neighbors rushed to help put it out. However, because the fire spread so quickly, extinguishing it proved very difficult.

Upon receiving the report, Fire Department Station No. 5 dispatched two fire trucks and dozens of firefighters to the scene to extinguish the fire. By this time, the fire had flared up and spread to the three-room wooden house where the family was living. The flames were burning fiercely on the tiled roof, and the sound of falling tiles echoed loudly.

After more than 20 minutes of continuous water spraying, the fire was brought under control. Firefighters had to block off National Highway 15A to facilitate timely and efficient firefighting.

Notably, Mr. Ho Dinh Ly's family grocery store is located right next to a gas cylinder shop. Dozens of residents quickly moved the gas cylinders out onto the street.

All the goods in Mr. Ho Dinh Ly's family grocery store were completely destroyed by fire. A wooden house was also burned down. The extent of property damage has not yet been determined.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the police.
