Chelsea offers a huge bonus for winning a domestic double.

Chelsea players will receive a bonus if they win the Premier League and the FA Cup this season.

Manager Antonio Conte confirmed this in the press conference before the match against Middlesbrough. Chelsea are currently two wins away from winning the Premier League title and have a chance to win the FA Cup if they beat Arsenal in the final.

"The first thing I want to say is that winning the championship with Chelsea is the most important thing. Gifts, rewards, or anything else are not important," Conte shared. "For me, achieving goals in my job is what matters. I don't expect to be rewarded with a luxury car. Of course, in the contract signed with the club, players and coaches will be rewarded if they win the championship. This reward can be large, it can be normal, or it can be small. It depends on the difficulty of the goal."

Conte could become the fourth Italian manager to win the Premier League, following Carlo Ancelotti, Roberto Mancini, and Claudio Ranieri. Three Italian managers have already won England's top football league, while the last English manager to achieve this honor was Howard Wilkinson in 1992. However, Conte doesn't believe English managers are inferior to their Italian counterparts.

"Last season I supported Ranieri to win the title and in Italy we celebrated it greatly. He deserved this achievement with a career like his," Conte shared. "I am proud of the Italians' success, but it doesn't matter which country they come from. There are many successful foreign coaches in England, but there are also many talented local coaches."

Chelsea officially secured their return to the Champions League after a one-year absence. Conte commented that qualifying for the Champions League in England is not easy, with six strong clubs constantly competing against each other.
