No deforestation

In Na village, there is a convention to protect the bamboo forest that the village has long protected: every family in the village is only allowed to go into the bamboo forest to collect bamboo shoots for daily food, not to harvest bamboo shoots for sale. Bamboo trees are closely associated with human life, such as building houses, raising livestock, fencing vegetable gardens, weaving household utensils... everyone must be responsible for protecting and using them. Realizing that, the bamboo forest of the village always grows well, and people exploit and use it reasonably.

Do not ride motorbikes in the village during Tet

There is a convention that is very difficult to implement in the community, but the Na village Party Committee has mobilized people to implement it. That is, during the Lunar New Year, people are not allowed to ride motorbikes in the village to avoid accidents (except for those who have to travel far). When the Party Committee proposed this regulation, many people objected, saying that riding a motorbike is everyone's right, but when the cadres and party members analyzed it carefully, during the New Year, our people often drink alcohol, and riding a motorbike can easily cause accidents, especially for young people. Everyone realizes that "we are for everyone", so we strictly implement it. Now, this content has become a convention of the village, so there are no traffic accidents in Na village during the holidays and New Year.

Na village has 131 Thai households, the Party cell has 42 party members, to effectively carry out mass mobilization work, the Party cell assigns each party member to be in charge of an area (1 area has 15-20 households). Being close to each person, grasping the key to the success of the movements, the Na village Party cell has changed the awareness of many people so that from here, people are enthusiastic about eliminating hunger, reducing poverty, getting rich legitimately, knowing how to promote the spirit of mutual love, helping people in difficult circumstances; effectively implementing the movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life in residential areas. Na village always maintains the brocade weaving model, builds a mass art troupe, and a men's volleyball team that regularly participates in exchanges and competitions during holidays and Tet; 104/131 families are recognized as cultural families; In the village, there are no drug dealers or addicts... In terms of economy, Na village is always at the forefront of the local labor production movement, the household economy is gradually developing, the current average income per capita is 12 million VND/person/year, in the village there are only 37 poor households out of 131 households, accounting for 28%.

In implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, the Party cell has propagated and mobilized all people in the village to actively respond, donate land, contribute labor... Accordingly, people have contributed more than 500 working days, 140 million VND in cash, built 2.1 km of rural concrete roads, built 1 volleyball court and the environment is always kept green, clean, beautiful...
