Vinh Tax Department issues official document regarding businesses with tax arrears.
The Vinh Tax Department has just issued Official Letter No. 9825 and Official Letter No. 4030 dated October 15, 2024, announcing the list of some units that are in arrears on land use fees, non-agricultural land use fees, and late payment penalties at the Vinh Tax Department.
Accordingly, the Vinh City Tax Department publicly disclosed information on 547 taxpayers who still owe taxes and other payments to the state budget as of September 30, 2024, totaling VND 566,803,082,774.
The reason for the public disclosure is that businesses and taxpayers violated the regulations stipulated in point a, clause 1, Article 100 of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 and point g, clause 1, Article 29 of Government Decree No. 126/2020/NDCP dated October 19, 2020.
