The Congress is an important forum for the youth of the Provincial Inspectorate's Youth Union to evaluate the results of the implementation of Youth Union work and youth movements since its re-establishment, identify shortcomings and limitations, draw lessons learned; and at the same time determine the direction, tasks, and solutions for Youth Union work and youth movements for the 2024-2027 term.

Over the past period, the Youth Union of the Provincial Inspectorate has always received the attention and leadership of the Party Committee and the agency's leadership; and the guidance and support of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Agencies' Youth Union.

Members of the Youth Union branch possess strong political convictions, good moral character, and basic professional training. They consistently demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a pioneering spirit in collective activities, making positive and effective contributions, especially in activities serving the political tasks of the agency.

Delivering a guiding speech at the Congress, Comrade Chu The Huyen - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chief Inspector of the province - praised and acknowledged the efforts and achievements of the Provincial Inspectorate's Youth Union branch in youth work and youth movements over the past period.

At the same time, he emphasized that in the coming period, the Youth Union branch needs to focus on doing well in a number of tasks such as: building a comprehensive activity program for the entire term, assigning specific tasks to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union branch; paying attention to political and ideological education, especially in conjunction with promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style; and effectively implementing the leadership and guidance of the Party Committee.

Youth Union work must always proactively coordinate with political and social organizations within the agency, and with Youth Union branches under the Provincial Agencies' Youth Union; organize well patriotic emulation movements and movements to highlight good examples and good deeds among Youth Union members;…

He also expressed confidence that, building on the tradition of "Heroic Labor in the Renovation Period" and the achievements made in the past, the Youth Union activities of the Provincial Inspectorate will develop strongly and comprehensively in the coming time, making an important contribution together with the Leadership, Party Committee and all officials and employees of the agency to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.

With a spirit of strong unity and consensus, the Congress proceeded to elect the Secretary and Deputy Secretary directly at the Congress. As a result, Comrade Tran Thi Tu was elected as the Secretary of the Youth Union for the 2024-2027 term; and Comrade Chu Quang Vu Anh was elected as the Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union for the 2024-2027 term.

On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies Bloc issued a Decision to award a Certificate of Commendation to one individual for outstanding achievements in Youth Union work and youth movements in the first six months of 2024.
