Details of 5 checkpoints in Thai Hoa town

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing social distancing according to Directive 16, Thai Hoa town has set up 5 checkpoints to control people and vehicles entering and leaving the area. All checkpoints have forces on duty 24/7.

According to information from Thai Hoa Town Police, up to now, the force has maintained 5 inter-sectoral checkpoints to inspect and control the implementation of the law.Directive No.16.

Accordingly, 5 checkpoints are located at the following locations:

1- Highway 48 checkpoint - Hamlet 1, Nghia Thuan commune (adjacent to Quynh Chau commune, Quynh Luu district);

2- Ho Chi Minh road checkpoint - Trung Yen hamlet, Nghia My commune;

3- Checkpoint at Hitex company, on road 48E - Xuan Yen hamlet, Nghia My commune (section entering Nghia Dan town);

4- Ho Chi Minh road checkpoint - Dong Thanh hamlet, Dong Hieu commune (adjacent to Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district);

5- Checkpoint of Phu My hamlet's welcome gate, Tay Hieu commune (section adjacent to Nghia An commune, Nghia Dan district).

In addition, there are 3 checkpoints at the points bordering Nghia Dan district, including: Highway 48 checkpoint, in Nghia Tien commune; checkpoint at Ba Mam slope, Hoa Hieu ward (bordering Nghia Hong commune, Nghia Dan district); checkpoint on Road 15A, Quang Phong ward (bordering Nghia Hong commune, Nghia Dan district) managed by Nghia Dan district.

The checkpoints operate 24/7 with the task of stopping vehicles and people in the area to conduct medical checks to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic (wearing masks, measuring body temperature, medical declaration...) and the reason for going out during the implementation of Directive 16; Making records of administrative violations and issuing decisions on administrative sanctions when detecting cases of going out in unnecessary cases, not wearing masks in public places; Strictly handling cases of non-compliance.

On the first day of implementing Directive 16, through patrolling and controlling, the Thai Hoa Town Police patrol team discovered and advised the People's Committees of wards and communes to issue decisions to handle administrative violations of not wearing masks in public places and going out not really necessary in 15 cases with a fine of 30 million VND.
