How are land statistics and inventory indicators determined according to the latest law?
How are land statistics and inventory indicators determined according to the latest law? This is a question of concern to Mr. Hoang Xuan Hanh (Tan Ky, Nghe An).
ReplyAccording to Clause 2, Article 58 of the 2024 Land Law, the indicators, content, and activities of land statistics and inventory are stipulated as follows:
1. The land statistics and inventory indicators for the types of land specified in Article 9 of this Law include:
a) Area;
b) Land users;
c) The entity assigned to manage the land.
2. The basis for determining land statistics and inventory indicators includes:
a) Land statistics indicators are determined based on cadastral records at the time of the survey;
b) Land inventory indicators are determined based on cadastral records and the current land use status at the time of inventory.
3. The content of land statistics and inventory at the commune, district, provincial, and national levels includes: determining the total area of each land type, the area structure by land type, land users, land management entities; and the area of land allocated, leased, or converted for other purposes.
...
Thus, according to the above regulations, land statistics indicators are determined based on cadastral records at the time of statistics, and land inventory indicators are determined based on cadastral records and the current land use status at the time of inventory.
In addition, the content of land statistics and inventory at the commune, district, provincial, and national levels includes: Determining the total area of each land type, the area structure by land type, land users, and land management entities; Determining the area of land allocated, leased, and converted for other uses.
