The Nghe Tinh Soviet in 1930 - 1931 was an earth-shaking battle of our people under the leadership of the Party, overthrowing the colonial and feudal ruling apparatus, establishing Soviet governments in many places in the two provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh.
