For over 30 years, MB has developed product packages tailored to the specific needs of each user group, addressing unique challenges. For the armed forces, the bank has built a "Product Combo for Military Personnel" as a comprehensive financial solution for their entire life, including preferential savings, overdraft loans, a multi-purpose military card, and digital banking.

Not stopping at traditional groups, MB is expanding its financial ecosystem to include many segments.MBBank AppCurrently, MB has nearly 35 million accounts. For priority customers, MB offers MB Priland – a financial solution to meet the needs of financing real estate purchases, accompanied by specialized advice. This service helps increase the quality of family assets, in line with new urban trends.

For young customers, MB has developed MB Junior to help them develop good money management habits from an early age. The bank also offers modern credit cards with entertainment, shopping, and travel benefits, helping users save on consumption costs without creating financial pressure.
In the business sector,MBMBBank is a strategic partner for large corporations, small businesses, and household businesses. For large businesses, the MBBank BIZ digital platform digitizes the entire process from loan application to L/C issuance, shortening processing time by up to 10 times. "Reducing waiting times and accelerating cash flow is the key value that the economy needs," an MB representative shared.
In addition, the "Power Combo - Starting a Business is Easy" package supports household businesses in transitioning to a corporate model, with benefits including attractive account numbers, free transactions, and sales management tools.
In October, MB launched the "Ease Worries - Reduce Burdens" package for small business owners, providing flexible capital, competitive interest rates, and free VietQR payment support. This solution helps small business owners manage their working capital, optimize costs, and effectively manage cash flow, thereby increasing economic resilience. The bank also implemented utilities such as rainfall-based weather insurance, mSeller, and payment speakers to support businesses in complying with Decree 70.

These efforts have helped MB maintain its position among the top 5 largest banks in Vietnam in terms of digital transformation and operational efficiency. In 2025, MB will for the first time be among the Top 5 banks contributing the most to the State budget. Pre-tax profit for the first 6 months reached nearly VND 15,900 billion, an increase of 18.3% compared to the same period last year, reflecting the effectiveness of its investment strategy rather than superficial growth.
A representative from MB stated that the multi-tiered ecosystem strategy is not about expanding to "embrace everything," but rather focusing on long-term value creation points. "We don't view banking as just a source of capital; MB aims to become an integral part of every citizen's financial life," the representative said.
