To overcome the consequences of the floods, on July 24-25, units of the Provincial Border Guard Command promptly deployed forces to the area to assist the people.

Accordingly, the Thong Thu Border Guard Post dispatched 30 officers and soldiers to the area to assist the families of Vi Van Anh, Ha Van Chien, and Quang Van Thu, all residing in Muong Phu village, Thong Thu commune, Que Phong district. These three families had their houses damaged by landslides caused by floods and had to relocate. In addition, the unit's officers and soldiers promptly helped move their belongings and build new houses for them.The family of Ms. Luong Thi Huong.
