In the final round of Group A, the Vinh City and Hung Nguyen District Youth Teams met in a "life and death" match, competing for a ticket to the semi-finals. In this group, the Quynh Luu District Youth Team has 7 points and has officially entered the semi-finals. The Hung Nguyen Youth Team has 4 points, the Vinh City Youth Team has 3 points, ranking 2nd and 3rd respectively.
