The decision to officially establish the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province has been issued.
The Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province officially commenced operations on February 13, 2025.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Duc Trung, has just signed.Decision No. 3254-QD/TU dated February 12, 2025, establishing the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, directly under the Provincial Party Committee, with the function of comprehensively leading the implementation of the political tasks of the People's Committee of the province and the Chairman of the People's Committee of the province; organizational and personnel work according to the regulations on decentralized management; Party building work and mass work within the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.
The term of office for the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province is 2020-2025. The Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province officially commenced operations on February 13, 2025, comprising 67 grassroots party organizations and 7,346 party members at the time of its establishment.
The functions, tasks, organizational structure, and operating conditions of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province are implemented according to the regulations of the Party Central Committee Secretariat.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigns the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Provincial Party Committee Office, Party committees at all levels, and relevant agencies, according to their functions and duties, to guide and coordinate the transfer and reception of Party organizations and Party members; the arrangement and placement of cadres, civil servants, employees, offices, assets, finances, records, documents, seals, and other matters as prescribed.
The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the district, city, and town Party Committees, and the directly affiliated Party Committees; and relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
The establishment of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province is based on the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Regulation No. 232-QĐ/TW, dated January 20, 2025, of the Central Committee of the Party on the implementation of the Party Charter; Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017, of the 12th Central Committee on some issues concerning the continued reform and restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus to be streamlined, effective, and efficient; Conclusion No. 114-KL/BCĐ, dated January 11, 2025, of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the situation and progress of the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and the proposal to end the activities of the Party committees, Party groups, and Party committees at the central and local levels, and to establish 4 new Party committees directly under the Central Committee and 2 new Party committees directly under the provincial and city Party committees. Working Regulations No. 18-QC/TU, dated April 19, 2024, of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, 19th term, 2020-2025 (amended and supplemented); Conclusion No. 473-KL/TU, dated February 7, 2025, of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the reorganization of the political system's organizational structure in Nghe An province; Project No. 46-DA/TU, dated February 11, 2025, of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province; and the proposal of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.
