The Hanoi People's Committee has approved the proposal of the Department of Education and Training regarding the enrollment of preschool, grade 1, and grade 10 high school students for the 2016-2017 school year, both public and private, ensuring compliance with the law, accuracy, fairness, and objectivity.

In official document No. 364/UBND/VX signed by Mr. Le Hong Son – Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, sent to the Department of Education and Training, it states: “The Hanoi People's Committee has received submission No. 218/TTr - SGD&ĐT dated January 15, 2016 from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training regarding the enrollment of preschool, grade 1, and grade 10 high school students for the 2016-2017 school year.”

Based on the actual situation in Hanoi City, the Hanoi People's Committee has the following opinion: Approving the proposal of the Department of Education and Training regarding the enrollment of preschool, grade 1, and grade 10 high school students for the 2016-2017 school year (both public and private), ensuring compliance with the law, accuracy, fairness, objectivity, and convenience for students and their parents.

Continue to effectively implement the sector's "three increases, three decreases" policy: increase enrollment scale, improve the quality of enrollment procedures, and enhance school facilities; reduce the number of students enrolling outside their designated zones; reduce the number of students per class; and reduce the number of classes in cases where the class size is excessive. In particular, avoid overcrowding in some schools.
