(Baonghean) - Con Chinh Market, located in Quynh Di ward (Hoang Mai town), is a small rural market that locals often call the Lower Market (Cho Gioi) to distinguish it from the Upper Market (Cho Chien), which usually convenes on even days of the lunar calendar.
Although it has become a ward of the new town, Gioi Market still retains the distinctive features of a small rural market.
We are pleased to present to our readers a series of photographs titled "Rural Market," capturing images of Con Chinh Market, submitted by author Ho Sy Long to the "Golden Moment" photo contest of Nghe An newspaper.
