Similar to the Lamborghini Centenario, the 2017 Bentley Mulsanne EWB commands such a high price due to tax policies in China. It is known that in China, imported cars are subject to three different taxes: a 25% import tax, a 17% VAT, and a 0-40% special consumption tax, depending on engine displacement.
