In the 5th minute, the home team's player wearing number 6, Tran Quoc Viet, had a powerful long-range shot, forcing the opposing team's goalkeeper to punch the ball out of bounds, accepting a corner kick.

With the support of a large audience, the players on the field played very fiercely. There were continuous attractive matches between both teams.

Less than 2 minutes later, Do Luong children continued to double the gap when player number 2 Ha Anh Dat had an uncomfortable side kick that caused the home team's goalkeeper to fumble and push the ball into the net.

Conceding two goals so quickly, the Red City team's coaching staff immediately had to stop the meeting to cheer up the young players.

In the 18th minute, the home team was awarded an indirect free kick outside the opponent's penalty area. Player number 6 Tran Quoc Viet (Vinh City Children's Club) skillfully passed the ball to captain Tran Duy Minh, number 5, who took a low shot that hit the foot of a player from Do Luong Children's Club and flew into the net, reducing the score to 1-2 for Vinh City Children's Club.

Excited after conceding the goal, along with the encouragement of the home crowd, the Vinh City players played with even more determination. Just one minute later, captain Tran Duy Minh continued to score an equalizer for Vinh City Children, with a thunderous long-range shot, bringing the match back to the starting line. The score of 2-2 was temporarily maintained until the end of the first half.

Entering the second half, the tug of war continued until the 26th minute, from a counter-attack, player Hoang Van Nam (Do Luong Children's) scored his second goal, breaking the balance, raising the score to 3-2 for Do Luong Children's.

As if relieved of the psychological pressure, the young players of Do Luong continued to attack. In the 28th minute, from a sideline kick in the home field, the ball was passed straight towards the Vinh City goal, and player wearing the number 4 shirt, Nguyen Sy Nam, had a delicate touch, raising the score to 4-2 for the young players of Do Luong.

In the final minutes, Vinh City pushed up their formation in search of an equalizer, but against a solid Do Luong, the home team could do nothing more and had to watch their opponents enter the semi-finals.
