On the afternoon of October 1, Mr. Nguyen Sy Luc - Head of Quynh Thach Commune Police, Quynh Luu District, said that he had arrested the suspect who broke the window and stole tens of millions of dong from the family of Mr. Hoang Danh Thanh, residing in Hamlet 7, Quynh Thach Commune, Quynh Luu District.

Accordingly, on the afternoon of September 23, after returning home from work, Mr. Thanh and his wife discovered that the window bars next to their bed were broken, so they suspected a burglary. Upon checking, they discovered that 15,220,000 VND and two phones worth nearly 1 million VND were missing. Mr. Thanh and his wife reported the incident to the local police.

After collecting information and evidence at the scene, Quynh Thach commune police summoned Ms. Phuong for investigation. Presenting convincing evidence, Ms. Phuong bowed her head and admitted to taking her husband's money and then creating a fake scene.

Ms. Phuong confessed that because her husband was addicted to gambling, when she learned that he had just received a job, she planned to steal the money, hide it, and then break two window bars with her hands to create a crime scene that looked like a burglary.

Ms. Phuong has now returned the money to the local police.
