Husband chains wife by the neck, beats son, causing fractured bone.

Mr. Tran Quoc Hoi, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Giang commune (Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province), said that on June 5th, an incident occurred in the locality where a husband used a chain to lock his wife's neck and injured their son.

Accordingly, on the morning of the same day, the People's Committee and the Police of Tra Giang commune received information that an assault resulting in injury had occurred at the home of Mr. LTT (born in 1973), residing in Tra Giang commune.

The wife being chained by the neck has sparked outrage.

Shortly afterward, the commune police and local authorities arrived at the scene. There, T.'s wife was found chained and locked around her neck, while their son had a fractured arm.

This incident was later posted on Facebook by a user named TTT with the caption: "Husband comes home after having an affair, chains his wife's neck, and breaks both arms of his eldest son. I hope the authorities will intervene and bring justice to this woman. The woman is very kind, she stays at home sewing to support her two children, and yet her husband treats her like this."

After the story was published, many people commented and shared their thoughts, with most expressing outrage at the husband's cruel actions.

Upon receiving the report, the police force of Tra Giang commune secured the scene and reported the incident to the Kien Xuong district police. T. was subsequently apprehended by the police and taken to the commune's People's Committee to clarify the matter.
