(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 7th, a delegation from the Vinh City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee, led by Mr. Tran Ngoc Tu - Chairman of the Vinh City People's Committee, visited and extended New Year greetings to Nghe An Newspaper.
During a visit to extend New Year greetings to the Nghe An Newspaper, the Chairman of the Vinh City People's Committee provided a brief update on the city's socio-economic development in 2023. Accordingly, Vinh City achieved success in all areas. In particular, urban beautification was a top priority for the city. As a result, the appearance of Vinh City is changing day by day.
