The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee extends New Year greetings to Nghe An Newspaper.
(Baonghean.vn) - Before the New Year's Eve countdown, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and extended New Year's greetings to the staff, reporters, and employees of Nghe An Newspaper.
Accompanying the delegation were leaders from the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Information and Communications. Welcoming the delegation were Ms. Pham Thi Hong Toan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Board, and staff, reporters, and employees of Nghe An Newspaper.

During a conversation with the staff, reporters, and employees of Nghe An Newspaper, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his delight at the achievements the editorial office had made in the past year. In 2016, Nghe An Newspaper achieved many outstanding accomplishments in various fields; it earned the trust and affection of readers and the people, rightfully recognized as a heroic unit in the period of reform... This is the result of the collective efforts and dedication of all the staff, reporters, and employees of Nghe An Newspaper; it is the concretization of the regular directives of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and higher-level agencies, contributing to the transformation of the homeland.

In 2017, alongside the challenging tasks facing the province, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong expressed his hope that Nghe An Newspaper would continue to build upon the achievements of the past year, remain at the forefront in all fields, continue to comprehensively innovate according to the development roadmap of the project approved by the Provincial Party Committee until 2020, and affirm its position as the leading Party newspaper in the country.
