The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee held a regular citizen consultation session in January 2019.
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 15th, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - presided over the regular citizen reception session for January 2019.
Also attending the citizen reception were Ms. Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Tran Van Mao - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; representatives from provincial departments and agencies; and leaders of some relevant localities.

On January 15th, at the Provincial People's Committee's public reception office, 36 citizens registered to provide feedback to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and agencies.
According to regulations, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee must personally receive citizens at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office at least one day per month and conduct unscheduled citizen receptions when necessary.

Regarding the recommendations falling under the jurisdiction of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman Thai Thanh Quy has directed relevant departments and agencies to receive, respond to, and provide specific timelines for resolution.
Regarding issues and petitions from citizens that exceed the provincial authority's jurisdiction, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy and the citizen reception team acknowledged them and requested relevant departments to advise the Provincial People's Committee on proposing solutions to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution as soon as possible in accordance with the law.
This morning, the opinions and feedback from citizens at the public consultation session mainly revolved around resolving difficulties and disputes in the field of land and land clearance, including the issue of land clearance for National Highway 1A and some other matters.
