At the citizen reception office of the Provincial People's Committee on January 15, 36 citizens registered to give their opinions to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments, branches and sectors.

According to regulations, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly receives citizens at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office at least 1 day a month and conducts extraordinary citizen reception in necessary cases.

Regarding the recommendations under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy has directed relevant departments, branches and sectors to receive, respond and have a specific time to resolve them.

Regarding the contents that people reflect and recommend beyond the provincial authority, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy and the citizen reception delegation have accepted and requested relevant sectors to advise the Provincial People's Committee to propose to competent authorities for consideration and resolution as soon as possible according to the provisions of law.

This morning, the opinions reflected by the people at the citizen reception mainly revolved around the contents related to resolving problems and disputes in the fields of land and site clearance, including the issue of site clearance for National Highway 1A and some other contents.
