On November 25th, the President of the Vietnam Football Federation, Tran Quoc Tuan, sent congratulatory letters to Phu Dong Youth Club, Ha Tinh Sports Training and Development Club, and Truong Giang Gia Dinh Club after the three teams finished jointly first in the 2025 National Third Division Football League. This achievement makes them three of the four teams that will qualify for the 2026 National Second Division Football League.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Football Federation, President Tran Quoc Tuan acknowledged and commended the efforts of the coaching staff, players, and leaders of the three clubs throughout the competition. He emphasized that the joint first-place finish was both a well-deserved reward for their perseverance and an opportunity to develop and assert their position at higher levels, starting with the 2026 Second Division League.
