On November 2nd, the Binh Tan District Police in Ho Chi Minh City investigated two suspects involved in a motorbike theft in an alley on Street 16A, Binh Hung Hoa A Ward, Binh Tan District.

According to Ms. N. (born in 1979, residing in the alley), at approximately 1:20 PM on November 30th, she received news that a neighbor in the alley had contracted COVID-19 and was in critical condition, experiencing difficulty breathing. Since she had an oxygen tank at home, she took it and placed it on her scooter, preparing to take the person to the hospital. When Ms. N. went inside to get some more supplies and returned, her scooter and oxygen tank were gone.

Upon reviewing the security camera footage, Ms. N. discovered two individuals riding a motorbike around the alley several times. Upon spotting her scooter, they approached and used a crowbar to attack it.lock pickingand then sped off.

Ms. N. said that the scooter, which she recently bought for over 30 million VND, is used to transport goods.
