According to Ms. N. (born in 1979, living in the alley above), at around 1:20 p.m. on November 30, she received news that a person in the alley had become seriously ill with COVID-19 and was having difficulty breathing. She had an oxygen tank at home, so she took it and put it on her scooter to prepare to take him away. When Ms. N. went into the house to get a few more things and came back, the scooter and oxygen tank were gone.
Checking the camera, Ms. N. discovered two people riding a motorbike around the alley many times. When they discovered her scooter, they approached and used a short gun.jailbreakand drive away.
Ms. N. said that the new scooter she bought for more than 30 million VND is used to transport goods.
