Make thorough preparations for the people to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 in accordance with the local conditions and capabilities; pay attention to, support, and care for the material and spiritual lives of all segments of the population, ensuring that everyone and every family can enjoy the Spring Festival and celebrate the New Year.

Strictly manage passenger and cargo transportation during the year-end period, ensuring safety, convenience, and smooth operation; strengthen inspections of the declaration and posting of transportation fares, train tickets, and bus tickets according to regulations. Closely monitor the situation, proactively direct, guide, urge, and inspect the timely and effective implementation of measures to prevent and control natural disasters and diseases affecting crops and livestock, and implement the production plan for the 2025-2026 winter-spring crop.

Based on the actual situation, capabilities, and conditions of the locality, decisions will be made regarding the organization of fireworks displays to celebrate the New Year, creating an atmosphere of unity, joy, and excitement among the people, while ensuring safety and economy in accordance with the regulations in Government Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP on the management and use of fireworks. Urban areas, streets, village roads, alleys, and residential areas will be beautified to ensure they are bright, green, clean, and beautiful.
