Well prepare conditions for organizing the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of Nghe An Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of April 18, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies held a regular conference for April 2025.

The conference was chaired by comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies.

Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Pham Trong Hoang - Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee of Party Agencies.

Also attending were comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.

The conference focused on discussing the following contents: Draft detailed outline of the Political Report of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030; Contents of implementing activities of the Subcommittees of the Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030; Plan to organize the grassroots Party Congress and the Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030.

According to the plan, the congress of party cells under the grassroots party committee will not exceed 1 day, the congress of party committees and grassroots party cells will not exceed 2 days, to be completed before June 30, 2025; the congress of delegates of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies will not exceed 2 days, to be completed before August 31, 2025.

Delegates gave their opinions on the Implementation Plan of Conclusion Notice No. 1759 dated April 4, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Regulations on a number of regimes and policies of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; Work Program of the Trade Union and Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies in 2025. The conference also focused on discussing the work of organizing cadres and the work of inspection and supervision according to regulations.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies emphasized: The Standing Committee of the Party Committee highly appreciated the preparation work of the specialized advisory and support agencies, and the Party Committee's organizations, which proactively studied the Party's policies, guidelines, directives, new conclusions and regulations to promptly advise on draft plans, outlines, and action programs to ensure quality and progress.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu noted that the Draft Political Report of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030, must be brief, concise, easy to understand, easy to do, easy to implement, accompanied by specific programs and projects, with appendices for monitoring and direction, and prepared early to send to the grassroots for comments.

Regarding the motto and theme of the congress, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that the drafting committee, based on the delegates' comments, study and adjust the phrases "motto" and "theme" of the Congress to send to the delegates for further comments.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu noted that some issues regarding personnel work, age standards, procedures... need to closely follow the instructions of the Central and the province.

At the same time, it was agreed to choose the Provincial Political School Party Committee as the model congress unit (the first congress) to gain experience. The congress time will follow the prescribed framework, completing the congress of the Party Committee and grassroots Party cells before June 30.

Based on the regulations on functions and tasks of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee; sub-committees and working groups of the Congress Sub-Committee, the provincial Party agencies proactively and promptly deploy work according to the prescribed schedule.

Agreeing on the draft work of the Trade Union and Youth Union, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu requested that organizations and unions need to implement plans that ensure progress, feasibility, practicality, quality and efficiency.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee proposed that based on the opinions of the comrades attending the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee would absorb each specific content, requesting specialized agencies to advise, assist, and organizations of the Party Committee to complete it for timely promulgation, ensuring progress and quality.
