Poet Tùng Bách selected and introduced

Almost every poem by Tran Phuong Lan is tinged with nostalgia, to varying degrees, about the human condition and the realm of love. As the saying goes, "as the person, so is the poetry!" Tran Phuong Lan is a teacher and poet, with her poems published in newspapers and magazines since 1985. She is a member of the Nghe An Union of Literature and Arts and has published the poetry collection "Wind Blowing to the Land of Fond Memories." The themes in Tran Phuong Lan's poetry are quite rich and diverse. Inspiration arises from glimpses of everyday life. The ideas and concepts are clear. The language is simple and unadorned. Nghe An Weekend respectfully introduces to readers a collection of her new poems.

Suddenly I felt young again.

Climbing Mount Quyet every day
Step by step, higher
Birds sing melodiously on the branches.
The pine trees rustle in the wind.

The sunlight slanted through the leaves.
The dew glistens, a greeting to the eyes.
The scent of chestnuts wafts gently.
Like being lost in a dream.

The golden sunlight shimmers on the mountaintop.
Or the king displaying his battle attire
A voice heard from afar
The sound of galloping horses and cheering troops filled the air.

Nature is truly generous.
Sparkling with a myriad of colors
Which sim bud will open its eyes?
Purple, a sky full of love

Sunlight

Your dress is tinged with the color of the sun.
The days drag on.
Hold on to the seasons as they pass slowly.
Leaving Thu waiting with a sense of longing.

Your dress is tinged with the color of the sun.
The gentle morning breeze
A thousand mists glisten
Calling the rising dawn

I know it's a distant memory.
In the days of thieves, they would glance away quickly.
I know it's been a thousand years.
Snow and mist blur the waiting path.

At the heart that stays young forever
My love for you never fades.
Let the shirt retain the color of the sun.
A beautiful afternoon in the distant past

Love

"A wise person seeks out bustling places."
Foolishly, we choose to seek refuge in peace.
Reach out and lift the mystical crescent moon.
Vast and boundless throughout the human world.
I don't dream of transforming into a thousand crimson clouds.
Green tea in a small alley, overflowing with affection.
Reach out your hand to catch the drops of dawn.
A drop of sparkling remembrance, a drop of lingering affection.
The garden is filled with the fragrant scent of white grapefruit blossoms.
We sit here cherishing and remembering someone!

Returning to the old path

I am alone on the old road.
The wild grass remains purple, the hills and mountains stretch endlessly.
Where footprints have been left behind for a thousand years.
Love, warmth, cold, joy, and sorrow!

I am all alone, without you.
Longing fills my eyes.
You sit where we used to sit.
I dreamt of your hand gently stroking my long hair!

I returned to rediscover the distant past.
I regret not growing up, and I miss my carefree youth.
We lost each other amidst the hurried and impulsive pace of life.
Let him suffer – and I will be heartbroken for a lifetime!

I can faintly hear the sound of English conversation and laughter in the distance.
And eyes in the misty haze
Please accept my apology.
You know what? The flowers and grass are still purple against the sky!

Over the years

Dreaming of a bygone era
A childhood covered in mud and dirt.
The bright moon played hide-and-seek noisily.
Innocent and without a trace of worry.

Faintly visible in the wind this afternoon.
What kind of feeling is this, longing?
The heart often beats without reason.
Refusing to age with the passage of time.

Life is full of love and hate, good and bad.
Abnormally round or missing
What belief has just taken root?
The storm suddenly swept in, causing utter devastation.

The wind blew through the window.
A slightly chilly, dreamy atmosphere!
