(Baonghean.vn) - 'The opening ceremony of the Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2017 will be more attractive and youthful' – this was the assessment of the participants in the working session between the Provincial People's Committee and Thanh Nien Newspaper Joint Stock Company on the organization of the opening ceremony of the Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2017, which took place on the afternoon of February 27th.

At the meeting, representatives from Thanh Nien Newspaper Joint Stock Company - the event organizer - presented a detailed script for the opening ceremony of the Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2017. Accordingly, the opening ceremony of the Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2017, titled “Cua Lo Beach - Convergence and Radiance,” is scheduled to be held on April 29th at Binh Minh Square, Cua Lo town. The opening ceremony will be broadcast live on VTV1 and Nghe An Television and Radio Station.

The program will skillfully convey the legends and history of Cua Lo, as well as the imagery of the Lam River; there will be many outstanding works combining tradition and modernity, showcasing the vibrant life of Cua Lo tourism, performed by leading singers.

During the meeting, representatives from the Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Tourism, and the Cua Lo Town Party Committee and People's Committee offered suggestions for developing the script, such as adding more songs about Cua Lo; and creating promotional clips about the town's socio-economic development.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong stated: The opening ceremony of the Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2017 is not only an opportunity to promote Cua Lo tourism in particular, but also an opportunity to promote the image of the homeland, people, and socio-economic situation of Nghe An province in general. To successfully implement the opening program, it is required that departments and agencies actively coordinate with the organizing unit; the event organizing unit should incorporate the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting to finalize the script as soon as possible.
