To serve the people and tourists in welcoming the New Year 2025, on the evening of December 31st at the lobby stage of the Provincial Theater and Cultural and Art Exhibition Center (Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Phan Thiet City), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan Province organized a New Year's Eve program with many unique and vibrant cultural and artistic activities.

The Countdown program in Binh Thuan promises to offer many unique activities, combining art, entertainment, and memorable moments. Here are some of the highlights:
1. Outstanding artistic program
The evening's arts program (starting at 7 PM) will begin with the performance and awards ceremony of the 8th Binh Thuan Provincial Amateur Arts Festival 2024. This will be followed by a beauty contest, music and dance performances, and a fashion show.
The New Year's Eve celebration for 2025 will conclude with a comprehensive music and dance program and a low-altitude fireworks display at the very first moment of January 1, 2025.
Previously, also at the stage in front of the Provincial Cultural and Arts Theater and Exhibition Hall, the semi-finals and finals of the Miss Vietnam Beach 2024 competition will take place on December 30th and 31st. This is a national-level beauty pageant with the message "Act today for a blue sea tomorrow," and the final night will include a fireworks display to welcome the new year 2025 at the moment of crowning Miss Vietnam Beach 2024.
The entire program will be broadcast live on BTV - Binh Thuan Radio and Television Station.
2. New Year's Eve Countdown
The countdown to 00:00 on January 1, 2025 will be the highlight of the evening, with a spectacular fireworks display illuminating the sky over Binh Thuan.
3. Fireworks display schedule for New Year's Day 2025 in Binh Thuan
The entire province has one fireworks display location with 90 low-altitude fireworks stands at Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Phan Thiet City (located at the traffic island between Nguyen Tat Thanh Park and the regulating lake).
The fireworks display will last 15 minutes, from 00:00 to 00:15 on January 1, 2025 (which is the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake).
