During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid special attention to the People's Public Security force. On March 11, 1948, in a letter to Comrade Hoang Mai - Director of Public Security Zone XII, President Ho Chi Minh outlined six points regarding the "Character of a Revolutionary Public Security Officer," which are: "Regarding oneself, one must be thrifty, honest, and upright; Regarding colleagues, one must be affectionate and helpful; Regarding the Government, one must be absolutely loyal; Regarding the people, one must be respectful and courteous; Regarding work, one must be dedicated; Regarding the enemy, one must be resolute and skillful."
These teachings, as well as President Ho Chi Minh's views and thoughts on ethical standards, principles of action, attitudes, and goals for the People's Public Security force, have made March 11th a traditional day for building the People's Public Security force.
Remembering President Ho Chi Minh's contributions, the People's Public Security force has always deeply internalized, studied, and implemented his Six Teachings; these serve as a "guiding principle" for all activities and are a great spiritual driving force behind the achievements and victories of the People's Public Security force.

Born and raised alongside the revolution, the People's Public Security Force has continuously grown stronger in all aspects. In every stage, the People's Public Security Force has always demonstrated heroic qualities and unwavering resolve, taking the interests of the Fatherland and the People as its ideal, dedicating all its strength, intelligence, and even its life to protecting the Party, the State, the socialist regime, and the peaceful and happy lives of the people.

In harmony with the vibrant emulation atmosphere of the People's Public Security forces in studying and implementing the Six Teachings of President Ho Chi Minh; under the leadership of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security, and the leadership of Nghe An province, generations of officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Public Security force have always united and wholeheartedly overcome hardships, difficulties, and challenges, achieving many outstanding victories and accomplishments, worthy of the trust and love of the Party, the government, and the people.
In recognition of these outstanding achievements and victories, on February 7, 2024, the Nghe An Provincial Police Department was honored to receive the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces from the President of Vietnam. This is a great honor and source of pride for the People's Police force in general, for generations of police officers in the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh in particular; as well as for the Party Committee, the government, and the people of the province.

With that in mind, the art program themed "The Enduring Teachings of Uncle Ho" presented artistic performances praising the Party, the beloved Uncle Ho, the homeland, and the country; portraying the image of the People's Public Security officer; and further spreading the content, scientific meaning, and importance of the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho to police officers, soldiers, and the people.

From there, we will continue to promote the study and implementation of the Six Teachings of President Ho Chi Minh, in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, contributing to building a truly clean, strong, professional, elite, and modern Party and People's Public Security force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
