- I'm very happy, with my new image I have more shows. However, that cannot be said that I was invited to sing because of my appearance. Think about it, can the audience look at me forever without listening to me sing? I just want to say that everything I do is to serve the music, my appearance is like a bridge to bring me closer to the public.

From the story of plastic surgery, the public sees that you are very lucky to have a "teacher" like singer My Tam. Has My Tam never abandoned you from the journey of "The Voice of Vietnam" until now?

- Ms. Tam gave me more than just favors! I was lucky to have her help and guidance in the beginning. It is very difficult for young artists to take the first steps, so I was not surprised. My aunt and I are both busy with performances and shows, and have less time to meet each other than when I participated in "The Voice", but we still keep in touch regularly.

Even when we have a show together, we still try to make the most of our time to talk to each other. We tell each other everything. If I can't remember to say it right away, I write it down and when I remember, I send her a message. I ask Ms. Tam for advice on every decision, even when deciding on cosmetic surgery.

Is it too much to call the relationship between you and My Tam with the two words "teacher - student" in the true sense?

- It's not too much. Because it's true that Ms. Tam taught me, besides music lessons, also how to behave, life lessons. I call Ms. Tam "teacher" and feel proud of it, I want to call her that with both love and respect.

I think that My Tam and I just don't live in the same house! (Laughs). As for every story or decision I make, Tam knows, she shares and gives me advice.

What are some unforgettable stories and memories between you and singer My Tam?

- The happiest and most memorable time was when I participated in “The Voice of Vietnam”. I often went to Ms. Tam’s house to practice. My niece and I would often just look at each other and burst out laughing. We cooked together and then practiced together. The most touching time was the final night of “The Voice of Vietnam”, she hugged me and encouraged me a lot. When I had plastic surgery, she almost always texted, asked about me, and cared. It’s hard for me to find a teacher like that in showbiz.

But many people do not believe that in an environment of jostling, tricks, and gossip, there is room for love? As for Duc Phuc…

- People often think too much. Intimacy is very normal, even very close and strong. Many people ask me the same thing. But everyone comes together very naturally, like me and Ms. Tam, we come from sincerity. Ms. Tam is experienced, has stood firmly in the showbiz world for so long, so she cannot help but see if I come only for selfishness and personal purposes. I am old enough to understand, only sincerity can be exchanged for sincerity. Do your job well and be kind!

Young artists always receive harsh reactions from the public. Do you think the public is too harsh on young artists?

- There are some individuals who influence young artists, which is also the reason why the public is more strict. I can see that. There are people who do not contribute, who do not rise up with talent, but only try to chase after unnecessary scandals to build their name.

But the public is very fair. They cannot deny the contributions and efforts of young artists, if the artists are truly active in art and seriously dedicated. It is also seen that the public is becoming more and more demanding, requiring artists to always be creative and cultivate, invest in music products. I always think: The long road will tell the good horse, I do not want to be a young horse eager to kick.

Every song about love that Duc Phuc performs touches the listener's heart. Have you ever been in love?

- I have not loved anyone yet! I will love when the time comes. In my music products, I try to put myself in the position to understand the emotions and lyrics sent to the audience. I am also glad that I am lucky because God has given me a good voice. (laughs)

First of all, I hope she will have good health, always have inspiration in music, have many good works, many hits, many products that are edited by the audience such as the two songs "Dau chi rieng em" and "Dung hoi em".
