Over 190 hectares of rice land were converted for use in construction projects.
(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Nghe An province has submitted a proposal to the Provincial People's Council regarding the conversion of 190 hectares of rice land for other purposes such as construction projects.
According to this report, due to the demands of socio-economic development, a number of projects have recently arisen that require the approval of the Provincial People's Council for the list of land acquisition projects as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law, in order to supplement the district-level land use plan. Some of these projects require a change in land use purpose from rice cultivation land, protective forest land, and special-use forest land.
