During the renovation process, Nghe An Newspaper has risen to become a local newspaper among the strongest in the country, fully and promptly reflecting information happening in the province. In addition to the pages of hot news, analyzed and dissected in a tight, thorough, and highly combative manner, there are diverse news and articles, fully and promptly reflecting all areas of life, ensuring the criteria of "fast, correct, accurate, and good".

To achieve that, in addition to the efforts of the staff and reporters, there are also contributions from a large number of collaborators inside and outside the province.

The system of collaborators is considered as "the extended arm of the Party newspaper". They come from many agencies, units, from many rural areas, many different professions and all ages, among them, many people have journalism expertise, are reporters, editors, technicians of newspapers and radio stations from local to central level, many are cadres, soldiers in the armed forces, are cadres of districts, communes, villages, hamlets, artists, retirees, students, farmers...

Although their starting points are not the same, they have one thing in common: a passion for journalism, enthusiasm in journalism activities, and consider Nghe An Newspaper as their common home. Depending on the conditions, qualifications, skills, positions, etc. of each person, the collaborators have made certain contributions to publishing journalistic products, contributing to enriching the content, form, and quality of Nghe An Newspaper's publications.

Nghe An Newspaper has also created an attractive playground for collaborators, so that each person can express their passion and talent. On the basis of collaborating with the newspaper, it also contributes to improving one's own level, knowledge, and skills...

Mr. Vuong Hong Hai (39 years old) in Quang Trung ward (Vinh city) - an active contributor in the photo section of the newspaper shared: “I am very happy to collaborate with Nghe An Newspaper. Since my photos have been published in the newspaper, I have tried harder in my work. Indeed, press photos today are no longer dry like in the past, but more beautiful, artistic and full of information. The process of collaborating with the newspaper has helped me equip myself with the virtue of being meticulous while working. Each work published in the newspaper is a joy, a source of motivation for me to be more committed to this side job.”

Currently, Nghe An Newspaper has a fairly large workforce of nearly 700 collaborators, of which about 300 are active and regular collaborators in the province, expanding to sectors and localities, and nearly 80 collaborators outside the province working in many different fields.

The good news is that many contributors have a modern journalistic mindset and are proficient in multimedia operations, so events taking place at the grassroots level are reflected vividly and richly. In addition to working according to the editorial office's direction, many contributors have proactively proposed topics and promptly handled hot news, full of life.

PASSION AND CONCERNS

Nowadays, with the explosion of information and the emergence of modern media, journalism must gradually transform itself in a multimedia environment, fully converging the positive elements of the times.

In online newspapers, readers increasingly demand to satisfy their senses of reading, seeing, listening, and interacting with journalists. In such an environment, newspaper contributors need to try harder to meet the requirements.

In addition to moral qualities and ideological stance, collaborators in a multimedia working environment are required to be dynamic, flexible, enthusiastic, not only able to write news and articles, but also to take beautiful photos, shoot and edit videos and clips, and use auxiliary means to access and process information, transfer and receive articles, etc.

For those who have not been equipped with professional journalism skills, they need to be more proactive in self-discovering and exploring ways of making newspapers, using media... Talking about collaborating with Nghe An Newspaper, Senior Lieutenant Ha Huu Tan - Propaganda Department, Political Department, Division 324 said: "Although I have not been trained in journalism, my passion and curiosity as well as the enthusiastic comments of the editorial board have urged me to constantly ponder and think, to improve my writing and reporting in the newspaper".

The common difficulty of the team of collaborators is limited qualifications and capacity, because many of them do not have professional journalism expertise. They come to Nghe An Newspaper first of all with their talent and passion for writing, photography... with the desire to convey and reflect information that is happening in the locality. Depending on the circumstances and conditions of each person, each area (rural, mountainous, coastal, island...), the collaborators have their own difficulties.

However, the widespread development of the internet, social networks, as well as the emergence of modern means are fundamental advantages. Collaborators can take advantage of exploring, learning to improve their knowledge and journalism skills.

According to Mr. Viet Hung - Quynh Luu Radio and Television Station, a valuable contributor to Nghe An Newspaper in the economic field, to have quality, interesting, and new works in terms of topics, content, and form, contributors must struggle and struggle with social reality, sometimes facing many dangers. Being present in flood-prone areas, storm centers, forest fire areas, in the cold late nights, in scorching hot fields, or on the stormy sea... are all common things for contributors who stick to the base.
