Cienco4 transforms into a multi-industry development corporation

(Baonghean.vn) - The Resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting of the Traffic Construction Corporation 4 (Cienco 4) voted to change direction to a multi-industry economic group model.

In 2016, with the motto of action “Brand is trust, discipline is strength”, the Board of Directors of Cienco4 focused on directing and operating decisively and scientifically, closely coordinating with mass organizations to achieve the ultimate goal of effective production and business. Last year, Cienco 4 developed sustainably, the material and spiritual life of workers was increasingly improved.

Regarding shareholder structure, as of March 31, 2017, Cienco4 had 816 shareholders, including no State shareholders and no foreign shareholders. Four institutional shareholders hold 62,819,759 shares, equivalent to 62.82% of charter capital, 812 individual shareholders hold 37,180,241 shares, equivalent to 37.18% of charter capital.

Of which, 736 internal shareholders hold 31,725,341 shares, equivalent to 31.73% of charter capital, 80 external shareholders hold 68,274,659 shares, equivalent to 68.27% of charter capital.

Based on the general development orientation of the country and the world economic and political situation, the Board of Directors of Cienco 4 agreed to change the development direction of the Corporation into a multi-industry economic group, in which investment in the construction of transport infrastructure is the main focus, gradually expanding to areas such as real estate, resort tourism, industrial parks, environment, energy and production of other products...

At the Congress, Cienco4 agreed to implement the 2017 business plan with the following targets: Output value reaches 8,000 billion VND; revenue reaches 7,600 billion VND; pre-tax profit reaches 210 billion VND; realized profit (after tax) reaches 185 billion VND; realized profit margin after tax/chartered capital reaches over 18%; dividends reach over 18%.

Delegates vote to elect additional members of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors.

Also at the Congress, Cienco4 announced the investment registration certificate for Cau Cau mixed-use tourism, service and resort area, and announced the establishment of Green Tea Islands Joint Stock Company to invest in this project./.
