(Baonghean.vn) -On the occasion of the beginning of the Spring of the Year of the Rooster 2017,The Party Committee and leaders of the Construction Corporation No. 4 (Cienco4) offered incense and reported on their achievements at Ho Chi Minh Square and the Temple of Emperor Quang Trung at Dung Quyet Mountain, Vinh City.
Accompanying them was Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
