Binh Duong Club successfully recruited Vietnamese-American from Italy?
Many sources say that Binh Duong Club has successfully recruited a young talent, an overseas Vietnamese from Italy.
According to insiders, Becamex Binh Duong has announced a contract to prepare for its return leg, notably including the appearance of a very young Vietnamese-American player.
After the trial period at Go Dau, Vietnamese-American midfielder Davide Duc Nguyen has convinced the demanding coach Tran Minh Chien to keep him at the club, he will be registered to play in the second leg of V.League 2018. This is also the first professional contract in Davide's career.

This young talent promises to be a rival to the U23 Vietnam generation like Duy Manh, Dinh Trong, and Van Hau. |
It is known that Davide Duc Nguyen has a Vietnamese father and mother and playing for the Vietnam national team has been his dream since childhood. Although he has just turned 17, he already has a height that can be said to be perfect for a central defender: 1m 83 (and can still grow taller).
If he plays well in the second leg of V.League 2018, Davide will most likely be noticed by Mr. Park and Coach Hoang Anh Tuan. He will have the opportunity to be called up to the U19 team to participate in the upcoming U19 Asian Cup. Thus, his dream of playing for the national team will come true.
Davide Duc Nguyen was born in 2001 in Leipzig, fluent in three foreign languages: English, Italian, and Spanish. He was a member of the U16 Nuova Tor Tre Teste team, a youth football club in the capital city of Rome, and is also the nephew of famous journalist Truong Anh Ngoc.
Davide Duc Nguyen grew up in Italy and is a big fan of superstars Leonardo Bunucci and Sergio Ramos. With the quintessence of Italian football absorbed from a young age (and also from his uncle who is very knowledgeable about Italian football), this promises to be a breath of fresh air for Vietnamese football in the coming years.
