There are 12,000 new job openings for workers in Nghe An.
On the morning of April 27th, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone, in coordination with the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, and the People's Committee of Nghi Loc district, organized the opening ceremony of the "Job Fair Phase 2, 2025 between workers and businesses in WHA Nghe An Industrial Park".
Attending the event were Comrade Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Education & Training, the People's Committee of Nghi Loc district, representatives of 15 enterprises in the WHA Industrial Park, and a large number of workers.
Job FairThis activity is part of the plan to implement Directive 33-CT/TU dated January 8, 2025, Project No. 40-DA/TU dated January 2, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee "on strengthening the Party's leadership over the work of connecting labor supply and demand, solving employment problems, and attracting labor for domestic and FDI enterprises in Nghe An province, 2025-2030" and the policies of the Provincial People's Committee.
The job fair featured the participation of 15 businesses from the WHA Nghe An Industrial Park, with a recruitment demand of up to 12,000 positions, including both unskilled and skilled workers.

Speaking at the Job Fair, Mr. Le Tien Tri, Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, said: "The Job Fair is one of the very important and practical networking programs, opening up many job opportunities for workers who are looking for jobs in traditional and new generation production fields right here in Nghe An province."
This is also an opportunity for migrant workers to directly understand and learn about the working environment in their hometowns, thereby giving them more options for suitable positions and jobs, helping them to "leave farming but not leave their homeland".
In addition, the event is a very practical activity, helping students obtain useful information to guide their future career and vocational training.
Speaking at the Job Fair, Mr. Bui Dinh Long, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested that the Management Board and relevant departments and agencies do a good job of publicizing the Job Fair before, during, and after it to create appeal, widespread and thorough dissemination of information to the people. A long-term coordination and cooperation mechanism is needed, covering career guidance, educational streaming, vocational training, and job placement for the province's young people after graduation. This is especially important for high-demand professions in Nghe An such as electrical engineering, electronics, automation, and information technology; and should be linked to skills in foreign languages, seriousness, and discipline.
Comrade Bui Dinh Long also emphasized that investors and businesses need to proactively develop reasonable and effective plans and regularly pay attention to improving wages, real income, welfare benefits, and the working environment so that employees will be committed for the long term and truly consider the enterprise, factory, or enterprise as their "second happy home".
