There are 15,000 job openings for workers in the border region of Nghe An.
In line with the province's policy of strengthening the connection between labor supply and demand and creating sustainable jobs for the people, especially in mountainous and remote areas, on April 18th, the Nghe An Department of Internal Affairs, in coordination with the Tri Le Commune People's Committee, organized the 2026 Job Fair in Tri Le commune.
The job fair features 12 businesses from within and outside the province, offering up to 15,000 job opportunities for workers in western Nghe An province, in sectors such as electronics, garment manufacturing, footwear, livestock farming, coal mining, and mineral extraction.

Tri Le commune is a border area facing many difficulties, far from the central hub, with the majority of its population being ethnic minorities, and limited access to information about the labor market. Organizing a Job Fair right in the locality demonstrates the province's concern in bringing employment policies to the grassroots level, helping workers in disadvantaged areas directly access official recruitment information.

Speaking at the program, the leader of the Department of Internal Affairs emphasized that job creation is a regular and continuous task of the province, contributing to ensuring social security, sustainable poverty reduction, and maintaining social stability at the grassroots level.
The Department's leadership requested the Nghe An Provincial Employment Service Center, labor-recruiting businesses, and the People's Committees of communes, including Tri Le commune, to strengthen coordination in organizing effective counseling activities, ensuring accurate, transparent, and easily accessible information for workers.

Participating businesses need to fulfill their responsibilities by providing complete information about recruitment needs, working conditions, and income; directly advising, interviewing, and creating the best conditions for workers to access job opportunities.
Local authorities continue to promote awareness campaigns and assess employment needs; paying attention to supporting poor and near-poor households and demobilized soldiers in accessing the labor market. Workers also need to proactively seek information, confidently register and choose jobs that suit their abilities; and at the same time improve their discipline and work ethic to meet the requirements of businesses.
The program included the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between businesses and local authorities on advising, introducing, and securing employment for workers.

According to the signed agreement, the businesses committed to meeting all recruitment needs, prioritizing the hiring of local workers, and complying with regulations regarding wages, insurance, and employee benefits. On the part of the local authorities, the People's Committee of Tri Le commune and neighboring localities committed to intensifying propaganda efforts, reviewing the labor market, introducing suitable candidates, and closely cooperating with businesses in the recruitment and employment process.
